hmmm i hve seen this all over and by varius of artist sence i am not shure wether or not you did draw this i will give you 4/5.
(note:the clothes are good and well desind but try to add a little less so the cloths wont be the center of attention)

- The right boot is good, but the left needs work. Try drawing it towards the viewer as opposed to away. It looks more natural, and you can do better with the detail. Like the stitching and fade on the jeans, but there is just way too much going on. 3/5
